Arrival & Departure
Check-in from 3:00 PM
On the day of arrival, you are warmly welcome at Holiday Home de Binnengouw from 3:00 PM. You will receive all information about your arrival and the key safe in advance, so you can check in independently and at your own pace.
Check-out before 10:00 AM
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the holiday home by 10:00 AM. This allows us sufficient time to thoroughly clean everything for our next guests.
Would you like to enjoy your stay a little longer? A later check-out may be possible in some cases for an additional fee, provided availability and cleaning schedule permit. Please contact us in advance to inquire.
Free Parking
Free parking is available on our private property for 2 to 3 cars, directly at the holiday home.
Hot Tub & Wood-Burning Stove
Enjoy a wonderfully relaxing moment in our wood-fired hot tub, overlooking the beautiful North Holland countryside.
We use specially selected oak firewood to heat the hot tub. This is available from our wood storage area for €10 per bag.
For fire safety reasons and to protect our historic traditional Dutch farmhouse, bringing your own firewood or using other types of wood is not permitted.
Inside, you can also enjoy the cosy warmth of our wood-burning stove.
Barbecuing
What could be better than enjoying a barbecue outdoors on a beautiful evening, overlooking the meadows?
A gas barbecue is available at the holiday home for a small additional fee to cover the gas.
For fire safety reasons, due to the nature of our property and the presence of our historic farmhouse, bringing or using your own barbecue is not permitted.
House Rules & Security Deposit
To preserve the peace, safety and unique character of De Binnengouw, the following house rules apply:
Maximum of 6 guests: The holiday home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.
No visitors: Visitors who are not included in the reservation are not permitted, including during the daytime.
No parties or events: Parties, celebrations and gatherings are not allowed.
Quiet hours: Between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, we kindly ask guests to respect the peace and quiet of the property and surrounding area.
No pets: Pets are not permitted.
Fire safety: Personal barbecues and firewood brought from outside for the hot tub are not permitted.
Hot tub: Glassware and bath products are not allowed in the hot tub. Children may only use the hot tub under adult supervision.
Respectful use: We kindly ask guests to treat the holiday home, its furnishings and facilities with care.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €350 is required for every reservation and must be paid before arrival
After departure, we inspect the holiday home. If everything has been left clean and tidy and no damage has occurred, the security deposit will be refunded in full.
